Shipping Saint SMS Terms & Conditions

SMS Messaging Program

Shipping Saint provides optional SMS messaging for low-volume, one-to-one business communications with customers, prospective customers, and Shipping Saint team members.

Messages may include:

  • Scheduling or confirming demos and calls

  • Requested sales or service follow-up

  • Quotes and pricing inquiries

  • Customer service and support

  • Shipping or service questions

  • Account-related assistance

  • Ongoing conversations initiated by the customer

  • Internal operational, scheduling, or coordination messages

Shipping Saint does not use this SMS program for unsolicited bulk marketing.

How You Consent to Receive Text Messages

There are two ways a customer or prospective customer may consent to communicate with Shipping Saint by SMS.

1. You Text Shipping Saint First

If you initiate an SMS conversation with Shipping Saint, we may respond to you regarding the specific inquiry or conversation you initiated.

For example, if you text Shipping Saint requesting information about a demo, quote, service question, or scheduling matter, a Shipping Saint representative may respond by SMS regarding that request.

Your initiation of an SMS conversation does not automatically authorize Shipping Saint to send unrelated or recurring text messages about other subjects.

2. Verbal Consent

If you have not initiated an SMS conversation, a Shipping Saint sales or support representative will obtain your permission before initiating text messaging.

The representative will ask whether you would like to continue the conversation or receive requested follow-up by SMS.

You must affirmatively agree before Shipping Saint sends the first SMS.

Verbal Consent Script

Shipping Saint representatives use language substantially similar to the following:

“Would you like Shipping Saint to follow up with you by text regarding your question, demo, quote, call, or service request? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Text messaging is optional and is not required to purchase or use Shipping Saint services.”

Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using Shipping Saint products or services.

Consent applies only to the mobile number and subject matter for which permission was provided.

Internal Team Messaging

Shipping Saint may also use SMS for low-volume work-related communications with Shipping Saint team members.

These messages may include operational notifications, scheduling, coordination, or other work-related communications.

Team members receive these messages after agreeing to receive work-related SMS communications or after initiating an SMS conversation with Shipping Saint.

Types of Messages You May Receive

Examples of customer or prospective-customer messages include:

Shipping Saint: Hi [Name], this is [Representative Name] following up about the demo you requested. Would [Date/Time] work for a quick call? Reply STOP to opt out.

Shipping Saint: Hi [Name], just confirming your Shipping Saint demo for [Date/Time]. Let me know if you need to reschedule. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.

Other messages may relate to customer support, requested quotes, service questions, shipping assistance, or other conversations you have requested or initiated.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the nature of your conversation, request, or service needs.

Shipping Saint does not guarantee a specific number or frequency of messages.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply.

Your wireless carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving SMS or MMS messages according to the terms of your mobile service plan.

Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS communications from Shipping Saint at any time by replying: STOP

After you opt out, Shipping Saint will stop sending messages covered by that consent, except for a confirmation that your opt-out request has been processed.

You may provide new consent in the future if you wish to resume SMS communications.

Twilio requires recipients to be able to revoke consent and requires the initial outbound message to contain STOP instructions.
