Faster, Easier Claims
The claims process has been simplified to save time and improve communication.
Buyers now receive an automated email and text confirming delivery, which includes a link to report any damaged, missing, or lost items.
To manually send a claims link:
Search for the buyer’s name to find their order
Click the blue envelope icon
Select "Damage/Lost Claim Link" from the Predefined Message dropdown
Click Send
This new system is already active and will fully replace the old claims process in the coming weeks.
