I use an outside pack/ship company, Can they use your system?

They can sign up with Shipping Saint and you can authorize them to get customer and item information for sold items for them to pack. They will know what customers have paid for items and what items needed to be packed in real time.

Shipping Saint was all started for the purpose of streamlining packing and shipping for an auction house thats does online bidding through AuctionZip and LiveAuctioneer.

 

Paul, a local accountant and founder of Shipping Saint, was called into the local pack-and-ship retail location to help analyze the workflow and offer ideas to ensure the store would run more efficiently and increase profits. After analyzing the process, he came up with an idea to help automate the process and reduce the amount of time sitting in front of the computer to constantly re-enter information and monitor customer responses.

 

Paul had connections and relationships with programmers and has been involved in program development for years. After coming up with a workflow of the design and functionality, he knew the labor savings would be incredible. Shipping Saint was born.
